Easter Island Revisited II
It’s a great rock, and it’s almost glass hard. I found this stone while walking on the beach in Staten Island with Frank, who helped me haul it up with a hand truck a few weeks later. Abbot and Costello have nothing on us. It had to be one of the most ridiculous things we’ve ever done.
One side is almost a caricature of Richard Nixon, pointy nose and all. The steel band is from the farm in Huntington, to give it some continuity to Easter Island Revisited I.
